When the vision is approved, we take the design from 2D plans to 3D renderings and elevations. We source fixtures, finishings and furniture and present samples of materials. With every presentation, we layer in more nuance, so you’re never overwhelmed by details (or decisions).

We put our heads down to prepare all documentation for pricing and construction, from floor plans, ceiling plans and elevations to specifications and schedules. We finalize every detail—be it millwork, material transitions, hardware placements or equipment clearances—to be build-ready.

We can tender your project for you (in fact, we recommend it), interviewing contractors, answering their questions, and getting the most competitive pricing possible for your build. With our network of contractors and tradespeople in Calgary, we know the who’s who (and who’s not) in the industry.

We oversee the build for you, visiting the site, documenting progress, managing change orders, and generally being available to your contractor so you don’t have to be. With us on side, we’ll ensure the integrity of your interior architecture, so your vision is made reality—without the stress.
