A renovation to a beloved inn, Oxbow and Hotel Arts Kensington are located over looking Calgary’s dynamic downtown and the Bow River. Drawing from the river’s proximity and Oxbow’s regional culinary focus, the interiors use natural materials and an Alberta-inspired palette to reflect a deep connection to place and landscape. The interior features a soft palette of grey and blue tones, natural wood, dynamic stone slabs, and special features such as an ombre plaster wall and carved wood paneling details throughout. An extraordinary art collection, featuring pieces by Evan Penny and Philippe Raphanel, is showcased throughout the space for guests to contemplate and enjoy.
