When Cochu, Calgary’s acclaimed chocolatier, expanded into the historic Hillier Block, they sought a retail space that reflected their artistry. The design balances old and new—heritage brick walls meet a sleek white chocolate counter. Custom floor tiles echo the geometric pattern found on Cochu’s chocolate bars, creating a subtle brand connection underfoot. Warm wood and frosted glass displays showcase the confections with quiet elegance. Above it all, a playful Bocci glass bauble fixture adds a touch of whimsy. The result is a space that feels both refined and inviting—an homage to craftsmanship, creativity, and chocolate.
