For Highlander Wine & Spirits’ Eighth Avenue Place location, the client sought a refined departure from their traditional retail model. Serving as both a luxury concierge service and boutique event space, the design maximizes visibility through soaring glass walls while creating a sophisticated interior. Floating bottle racks preserve unobstructed views, while arched oak millwork nods to French wine barrels and frames the exposed concrete core. Polished brass and marble form a striking cash desk centerpiece, complemented by a 15-foot marble tasting table. The interplay of raw concrete with rich, elegant materials creates a bold, contemporary atmosphere suited to its prestigious setting.
