For over a decade, SWI has crafted the distinctive interiors of The Bro’kin Yolk, a beloved brunch spot with locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Canmore. These spaces offer a playful twist on classic farmyard themes, honoring the people who bring food to our tables. Durable, traditional materials—like brick tile, tongue-and-groove paneling, and wired glass—are paired with a fresh, airy color scheme accented by vibrant yellows and greens. Custom plaid wallcoverings and buffalo check upholstery add a bold, modern flair. The design is intentionally flexible, allowing for easy adaptation across multiple locations while appealing to a wide range of guests—from families with children to design-conscious adults.
